The key to a perfect finish and durable floor is the thorough prep work. Poor surface preparation is the main reason why we are often called in to fix other flooring companies’ work. For most floors, we prepare the surface with diamond-grinding to make the floor smooth and clean. This is a mechanical profiling of the concrete (in lieu of the much inferior chemical “acid etching”). We bring our own industrial dust collection & generator to supply power. Then we apply a concrete dye (aka stain) and seal it with our SHP Polyaspartic clear coat.
