WHY YOU SHOULD CHOOSE
Polished Concrete
Concrete Polishing is perhaps the most popular concrete flooring application in the world. You’ve seen it in many spaces – offices, lobbies, hardware stores, retail stores, hospitals, and more. Polished Concrete is achieved with chemical densifiers and the use of professional equipment (diamond grinders/polishers). It is a permanent floor solution that is easily cleaned and maintained.
Mile High Coatings has the equipment and experience to deliver many of the various polished concrete applications. From a matte sheen to a high-gloss or just simply densifying the concrete to increase abrasion resistance and reduce dusting (excellent and necessary for warehouse floors).
Polished Concrete also has the best 10-year Life-Cycle cost when compared to any other type of floor product such as VCT, carpet, sheet vinyl, and more.
When polishing concrete, chemical densification is required in order to achieve a higher sheen. The process is permanent and increases the life, performance and aesthetic of the concrete. The densifier penetrates into the concrete (new or old) and closes up the pores through crystalization. The result is a harder, more resilient concrete floor that will not wear.
When densified or polished concrete is installed, it will qualify for LEED credits because of the sustainability, and long-term maintenance requirements (low) and it is a zero-VOC application.
Being upfront, honest, and acting with integrity is a fundamental reason why Mile High Coatings has grown so much over the last decade. The vast majority of our work comes from repeat customers and word-of-mouth referrals.
We strive to be considerate and thoughtful of your needs and do not try to sell you anything that isn't necessary!
