In order to achieve a perfect floor, we put a great amount of effort into the prep work. The process starts with a diamond grind or shot-blasting to create additional porosity in the cream of the concrete.
We carefully grind all the floor using professional grade equipment and dust collection. This is to make sure that the coating will bond to the concrete ground. Our experienced team members also fill all the cracks and damages on the floor as needed. After the preparation is completed, we will clean the floor and start applying the coating system for your project. It could be as simple as a two coat application or as many as 5 coats of our industrial-grade polyaspartic.
