In order to achieve a perfect floor, we put a great amount of effort into the prep work. The process starts with a diamond grind or shot-blasting to create additional porosity in the cream of the concrete.
We carefully grind all the floor using professional-grade equipment and dust collection. This is to make sure that the coating will bond to the concrete substrate. You see, we want to achieve tenacious adhesion and maximum results! Our experienced team members also fill all the cracks and damage on the floor as needed. After the preparation is completed, we will clean up the floor and start applying the coating system specified for your project. It could be as simple as a two coat application or as many as 5 coats of our industrial-grade polyaspartic.
